William "Bill" Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor and stand-up comedian. Who is known for being the current voice of Goofy since 1987.
He is also the currect voice of Pluto and Horace Horsecollar, since 1990. As well as the voices of Sleepy, Sheriff Of Nottingham, Practical Pig and neumerous other characters for several Disney projects.
