Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice actor.

His Disney voice-over credits include The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea (as Undertow and Cloak and Dagger), Recess: School's Out (as the Bald Guy), Siege in the Mighty Ducks series, The Dark Dragon from American Dragon: Jake Long and guest appearances on Kim Possible, Phineas and Ferb and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.

He also voiced Hakon and Wolf in Gargoyles, Constable Myles in Sofia the First and Otto and Pa Sheenko in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!.
