Courtnee Alyssa Draper is an American actress, voice actress, singer, and lawyer. She is perhaps best known as Morgan Hudson in the TV series The Jersey for Disney. She also played Sam in the 1999 Disney Channel Original Movie The Thirteenth Year and Megan Larson in the 2000's Stepsister from Planet Weird. She also voiced White Tiger in Disney Infinity: 2.0 Edition, Sosuke's teacher in Ponyo, and did additional voices in Kingdom Hearts II. Additionally, she guest starred in sitcoms, like Home Improvement as Erica.

Draper was born at the Naval Hospital in Orlando, Florida. Her mother served in the military. As a result, she has resided in and visited many areas of the United States, Japan, Okinawa, and Hong Kong. She was introduced to old films and musicals at age five while living in Okinawa.

She appeared in films, like The Duke, The Biggest Fan, The Immaculate Misconception, as well as providing her voice for Surf's Up and dubbing for The Cat Returns and Ponyo. Draper also appeared in television shows, like Pacific Blue, The Bold and the Beautiful, Ghost Whisperer, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Tru Calling, The Days, Veronica Mars, and CSI: Miami.

Draper also provided voices for video games, like BioShock Infinite, its sequel BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea, and Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

Draper began studying to be a lawyer while acting and graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
