Jennifer L. Hughes is an American voice actress and production assistant. For Disney, she voiced the Farmer's Wife in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb and provided an additional voice in the 1999 Disney animated feature film, Tarzan. She was also the production assistant for The Hunchback of Notre Dame, A Goofy Movie, and Mulan. Additionally, she was an assistant production manager for Tarzan. She is the wife of Robert Hughes.
