Joshua Michael "Josh" Peck is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and YouTube personality. For Disney, he portrayed Robe in Max Keeble's Big Move and voiced Randall Julian in Fillmore!. He also played Gerald E. Kingsley, as well as reunited with Drake Bell, in the Fox/ABC Studios TV show Grandfathered. Additionally, he portrayed Scott Turner Jr. in the Turner & Hooch series on Disney+.
Peck was born in New York City and grew up in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan. He attended P.S. 40 and The Professional Performing Arts School. He had asthma during his childhood, and often stayed indoors watching old sitcoms. He was inspired to become involved in stand-up comedy when he was eight years old. He appeared at TADA! Youth Theater and performed stand-up comedy at Carolines on Broadway for the Audrey Hepburn foundation, as well as The Rosie O'Donnell Show at the age of ten in 1996.
It wasn't until his his tenure on Nickelodeon that he began success. He moved to Los Angeles to take part in The Amanda Show and later was partnered with costar Drake Bell for their own sitcom Drake & Josh, where he played the role of Josh Nichols.
Peck appeared in various sitcoms, dramas, and animated productions throughout his career, such as ER, Family Guy, Samurai Jack, Whatever Happened to... Robot Jones?, The Guardian, Codename: Kids Next Door, What's New, Scooby-Doo?, iCarly, Victorious, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Mindy Project, The Big Bang Theory, Fuller House, and How I Met Your Father.
Peck also appeared in films, such as Snow Day, Spun, Mean Creek, Aliens in the Attic, Red Dawn, The Wedding Ringer, The Angry Birds Movie, and originated the voice role of Eddie the possum in Blue Sky's Ice Age franchise.
