Matt Frewer (born January 4, 1958) is an Canadian-American actor, who is best known for providing the voice for Panic in Disney's 1997 animated feature Hercules, he later reprised his role in the television series, House of Mouse, and other subsequent appearances. He also provides the voice of Chaos in the Aladdin television series, Jackal in Gargoyles, Dr. Wally Pretorious in Mighty Ducks, a general in The BFG and Russ Thompson, Sr. in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
