Rachel Susan Dratch is an American actress, comedian, producer, and writer.
For Disney, she voiced Adrena Lynn in Kim Possible, Koi, Esmargot, and Koi's Mom in Fish Hooks and played Julie Parlo in the ABC Studios TV show, Monk, Penny and Mindy Meadows in the ABC TV show, Ugly Betty, H.J. Darling in the Wizards of Waverly Place episode "Future Harper", and Pearl in the ABC TV show, The Neighbors. She also played Mary in the ABC TV show, Imaginary Mary.
