Richard Steven Horvitz is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is best known for voicing Alpha 5 in the Fox Kids series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Daggett Beaver in the Nickelodeon animated series The Angry Beavers, Billy in the Cartoon Network series The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Rodney J. Squirrel in Squirrel Boy, the titular character of Invader Zim, and Moxxie in Helluva Boss. He is also well-known for voicing Kaos, the overall main antagonist of the Skylanders video game franchise, and reprised this role in the spin-off television series Skylanders Academy.
For Disney, he voiced Ned Frischman in Dave the Barbarian, Aviarius in Kim Possible, a Ninja Fish in Fish Hooks, Mouth in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Yucky in Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, Scooper (uncredited) in Ted Brooks' crazy dream in Snow Dogs, and did additional voices in Mulan and the English dub of Studio Ghibli's Howl's Moving Castle. He also portrayed Teddy in the That's So Raven episode "Adventures in Boss Sitting". Additionally, he voiced Shiriki Utundu in the Tokyo DisneySea version of the Tower of Terror and Ocho the octopus in Elena of Avalor.
