Skeeter Valentine is a character from the animated series Doug. Skeeter is Doug's lanky best friend. He is famous in both series for the honking sounds he frequently makes. Skeeter's family who has lived in Bluffington for some time. Skeeter initially helps Doug order food from the popular Bluffington restaurant Honker Burger (sold and converted into a French restaurant in the second series) in the series premiere (resulting in their friendship), and later helps Doug learn how to dance. He has a superhero alter-ego, whom he calls The Silver Skeeter. It is revealed that Skeeter is highly intelligent (much to Doug's discomfort), later gaining the respect of geeky twin brothers Al and Moo. Skeeter is voiced by Fred Newman.

Personality

Skeeter is Doug's best friend. He is considered odd by some fans and does strange normal boy things. In a Nick episode, he was thought to be a genius and later, things were cleared up. He gives Doug advice and acts as his guru in the Nick show and in Disney.

Apperance

Skeeter is a blue-skinned teenager with a few hairs on his scalp. In Nickelodeon Doug, he wore a t-shirt with a lightning bolt and yellow baggy pants with red spots. In Disney Doug, he wore a purple open vest, a Long sleeve shirt with a yellow O, and the same pants and red sneakers.
