The Teacher is the main antagonist of the Alice Gets in Dutch, an animated short film that is part of the Alice Comedies, portrayed by Mrs. Hunt. She is Alice’s strict schoolteacher.

In the short, she sees a kid give Alice a balloon filled with ink, after seeing her she goes up to her and takes it. Not nothing the balloon had ink inside she popped it and the ink went all over her face. Thinking it was Alice, she forces her to sit in the corner with a dunce’s cap.
While in the corner Alice falls asleep, their she enter’s Cartoon Land, were she is with Julius the Cat and her other friends. The Teacher, now in animation with two horns on her head, comes out of the school in search of Alice to bring her back. Their she calls three anthropomorphic books to assist her in getting Alice back. When, Alice jumps into a cow, she manages to catch up with her, but she is kicked by the cow and catched by the books. After running into a tree, she and the books bring out cannon and fire at Alice and her friends. Julius build’s a cannon out of junk and fire at the Teacher and books causing her to sneeze, which makes her wig fell off. Then, she manages to get Alice and starts pocking her with her sword. But in reality she was pocking Alice with her stick, which woke her.
