Anthony Terrell Smith, better known by his stage name Tone Lōc, is an American actor, rapper, and record producer, who is best known for voicing the Goanna in the 1992 20th Century Fox animated film FernGully: The Last Rainforest, Tek in Don Bluth's 2000 sci-fi animated film Titan A.E., and portraying Emilio in the 1994 comedy film Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

For Disney, he voiced Magma in the Aladdin episode "Smolder and Wiser", Fūd Wrapper in the former Epcot animatronic show Food Rocks, a Macho Bull Elephant in Whispers: An Elephant's Tale, and played Juice in Blank Check. He also did Penny Proud's singing voice in The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.

Tone Lōc was born in Los Angeles, California, and is the son of Margaret (who managed a retirement home) and James Smith. His father died in 1972, and Lōc and his three older brothers were raised by his mother. He was educated at the Hollywood Professional School. As a teenager, he performed with the rap group Triple A.

His debut album, Lōc-ed After Dark, was released in January 1989. The video for the first single, "Wild Thing", became a staple on MTV in the US. The song rose to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as the top 20 in Australia. The second single, "Funky Cold Medina", also became a hit. It reached the top five in the US, peaking at #3 (the top ten in Australia and the top twenty in the UK).
